This is a mix of whole wheat couscous, chickpeas, carrots, currants, and fresh herbs. I usually make and cool the couscous in the morning, since I’m loving cold salads with the warmer weather, but you could serve it still warm, too.
This spinach pesto is AMAZING! It’s homegrown, fresh, delicious, and easy to prepare. Made with garlic, avocado oil, and pine nuts. So lush and succulent!

The BEST vegan buffalo cauliflower wings! They are crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside. The soft and tender cauliflower “wings” are baked to perfection then coated in spicy buffalo sauce.
