- 1 cup poblano pepper chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cucumber chopped
- 1/2 cup red onions chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes chopped
- 2 cups corn sautéed
- 1 lime for the juice
- 2 tbs olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Add all of your ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Mix until well combined.

I don’t know the exact amount, but very little! The recipe is nothing more than vegetables and a little bit of oil!
The recipe is enough for 4 persons.
