Easy Protein Banana Bread Recipe

  • In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until pureed
  • Add in the protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, maple syrup and milk. Mix until the protein powder is dissolved
  • Stir in the chocolate chips
  • Transfer the batter to a microwave-safe ramekin. Optional: decorate with extra chocolate chips on top
  • Bake or air-fry at 180 degrees C for ~12 minutes
  • Let it sit for 2 minutes, and enjoy!
