Is anyone else a noodle addict like me? If I’m not eating pasta you’ll definitely find me eating noodles.
This dish is so quick and easy to make, if you have limited time I really recommend it.
- In a large pan heat the olive oil and add the spring
onions, garlic and ginger. Stir and cook for a few minutes until garlic is
- Add the noodles, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce. Stir to coat.
- Add the lime juice and spinach and mix together until noodles are heated through.
Transfer to a bowl and top with more spring onions and lime. Enjoy!
