Is anyone else a noodle addict like me? If I’m not eating pasta you’ll definitely find me eating noodles.

This dish is so quick and easy to make, if you have limited time I really recommend it.​

Vegan Singapore Noodles

This Singapore Noodle dish is super quick and easy to make. It's the perfect bite for when you have limited time.

Ingredients
 

  • 400 gram Sinapore Noodles
  • 3 gloves garlic minced
  • 1 bunch spring onions sliced
  • 60 gram baby spinach
  • 1 cube ginger minced
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • In a large pan heat the olive oil and add the spring
    onions, garlic and ginger. Stir and cook for a few minutes until garlic is
    fragrant.
  • Add the noodles, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce. Stir to coat.
  • Add the lime juice and spinach and mix together until noodles are heated through.
    Transfer to a bowl and top with more spring onions and lime. Enjoy!
