- Chop the corn in ribs by carefully cutting it vertically, combine all the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Brush the seasoning over the corn riblets, lay on a parchment lined baking tray and bake for about 30 minutes at 180°, flip halfway.
- Meanwhile combine yogurt, garlic powder, chives, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Garnish your ribs with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
