Spicy Corn Ribs with Yogurt Garlic Dip

These spicy corn ribs are perfect as a quick snack or side dish! The added chili flakes provide some extra kick.

Instructions

  • Chop the corn in ribs by carefully cutting it vertically, combine all the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Brush the seasoning over the corn riblets, lay on a parchment lined baking tray and bake for about 30 minutes at 180°, flip halfway.
  • Meanwhile combine yogurt, garlic powder, chives, salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Garnish your ribs with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
