Spicy Corn Ribs with Yogurt Garlic Dip
These spicy corn ribs are perfect as a quick snack or side dish! The added chili flakes provide some extra kick.

Ingredients
Ribs:
- 4 sweetcorn cobs
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Parsley to garnish optional
Dip:
- 5 tbsp vegan yogurt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the corn in ribs by carefully cutting it vertically, combine all the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Brush the seasoning over the corn riblets, lay on a parchment lined baking tray and bake for about 30 minutes at 180°, flip halfway.
- Meanwhile combine yogurt, garlic powder, chives, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Garnish your ribs with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
