What’s your favorite vegetable?
Cauliflower is in my top ten for it’s versatility, texture and fiber content. I can make a filling and delicious meal of a head of cauliflower.
Ya better believe I ate this whole bowl. Its so simple, so tasty and much less oil than fried cauliflower wings. This baby is simply the real deal.

Simple Roasted Cauliflower
This roasted cauliflower is simple, so tasty and uses much less oil than fried cauliflower wings. This baby is simply the real deal.

Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower cut in florets
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 3-4 leaves mint chiffonade
- hot sauce of choice, for drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Toss cauliflower in a bowl with oil, salt, garlic and smoked paprika.
- Lay seasoned cauli on a sheet pan and bake for 15 mins.
- Pull out, flip and bake 10 more mins.
- Finish with squeeze of lemon, mint and a drizzle of your fave hot sauce.
