Easy Banana Oat Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients
- 50 gram trail mix
- 150 gram ripe banana mashed/pureed
- 40 gram nut butter
- 150 ml almond milk (or other)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 70 gram oatmeal
- 30 gram flower
- pinch of salt
Optional
- toppings I used caramel cream & chocolate
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients and put the dough in muffin cases. I used a silicone one.
-  Bake for approx. 30 min at 180 °C (350°F) top / bottom heat (preheated).
