Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients and knead it into soft dough.
- Divide the dough into 9 pieces and roll into balls (about 40g each). Then use your palm to flatten the dough.
- Cover with tea towel to prevent them from drying out before proceeding with sticking the sesame seeds on both sides.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan. Fry the pumpkin cake until golden brown on both sides and serve warm.
