Easy Protein Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 scoop vegan salted caramel protein powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until pureed
- Add in the protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, maple syrup and milk. Mix until the protein powder is dissolved
- Stir in the chocolate chips
- Transfer the batter to a microwave-safe ramekin. Optional: decorate with extra chocolate chips on top
- Bake or air-fry at 180 degrees C for ~12 minutes
- Let it sit for 2 minutes, and enjoy!
