Ingredients
 

  • 50 gram trail mix
  • 150 gram ripe banana mashed/pureed
  • 40 gram nut butter
  • 150 ml almond milk (or other)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 70 gram oatmeal
  • 30 gram flower
  • pinch of salt

Optional

  • toppings I used caramel cream & chocolate

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients and put the dough in muffin cases. I used a silicone one.
  •  Bake for approx. 30 min at 180 °C (350°F) top / bottom heat (preheated).
