Crunchy Rice Flour Cauliflower is an easy and delicous snack! 🌶
What a perfect snack for this rainy day! I tripped over my tripod and dropped nearly a dozen on the kitchen floor. Lolakshi made them disappear before I realised what had happened! She is one happy puppy 🐶 who clearly loves battered human food. Actually she loves all hooman food, even raw cabbage, lettuce, carrot and cucumber!

Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower cut in bite sized bits and blanched in boiling water for 2-3 minutes
- oil for frying
For Coating
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chilly powder
For Marinade
- 3 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tbsp garam masala
- 2 tsp chilly powder
- 1 tsp amchur (dried mango powder)
- 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Marinate cauliflower in listed ingredients for 30 minutes.
- Mix all the listed coating ingredients in a bowl. Dip the marinated cauliflower in the coating powder to coat evenly.
- Fry till crispy.
