  • 1 cup poblano pepper chopped ⁣
  • 1 1/2 cups cucumber chopped ⁣
  • 1/2 cup red onions chopped ⁣
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped ⁣
  • 1 cup tomatoes chopped⁣
  • 2 cups corn⁣ sautéed
  • 1 lime for the juice
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste⁣

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients in a mixing bowl. ⁣
  • Mix until well combined. ⁣
