Beer Battered Spicy Cauliflower Wings

These crispy cauliflower bites are easy to make and full of flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower i floret cut into bite size pieces
  • water
  • oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to boil and add cauliflower. Cook for 4-5 minutes and drain
    1 cauliflower, water
  • Allow cauliflower to completely cool and coat in marinade ingredients. Place in the fridge for 20-30 minutes
    1 tbsp veganaise, 1/2 tbsp garam masala, 1 tsp cumin, 2 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp amchur powder
  • Make a thin batter by mixing all the listed ingredients
    2 tbsp all-purpose flour, 3 tbsp corn flour, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tbsp turmeric, 2 tsp chilly powder, 1 cup beer or cider
  • Dip cauliflower in batter and fry in olive oil
