Divide the dough into 9 pieces and roll into balls (about 40g each). Then use your palm to flatten the dough.
Cover with tea towel to prevent them from drying out before proceeding with sticking the sesame seeds on both sides.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan. Fry the pumpkin cake until golden brown on both sides and serve warm.
