Ingredients
 

  • 1 large cauliflower cut in bite sized bits and blanched in boiling water for 2-3 minutes
  • oil for frying

For Coating

  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chilly powder

For Marinade

Instructions

  • Marinate cauliflower in listed ingredients for 30 minutes.
  • Mix all the listed coating ingredients in a bowl. Dip the marinated cauliflower in the coating powder to coat evenly.
  • Fry till crispy.
